Peninsula Condominium is situated in the centre of Langosta, and has the best amenities of any condominium.  With 2 gyms, multiple pools, children's play area, 360 look out point, games room, ranchos with bbqs and more, you and your family can stay at the condo and be fully entertained day in and day out.  However, it is also only a 5 minute walk to the closest beach access for Langosta Beach and a 7 minute walk to the closest beach access for Tamarindo Beach.

We have several units in the new tower allowing larger groups to stay in multiple units within the same vicinity.

Naxos Condominium is situated in the perfect spot, steps away from beach access and with several restaurants and shops nearby,  Centre of Tamarindo is only a short 3 minute drive (or a 20 minute walk) down the street, giving you access to all the amenities Tamarindo is known for!  An added bonus is the 24/7 security and behind the gate parking, providing peace of mind for all our visitors.

Langosta Beach is the community next to the centre of Tamarindo.  Only 5 minute drive to the centre of town, while being quiet and exclusive, this area combines the best of both worlds.

Most of our units are within walking distance to multiple beach entry points to not only Langosta beach but to Tamarindo beach as well.  Some units are within communities that are also right on the beach, with direct beach access.

Langosta beach also does have its own group of restaurants and small convenience stores that are all within walking distance.

Las Palmas Condominium is in Villarreal, a neighbouring community of Tamarindo, only 7 minutes away.  With 24/7 guard, resort style pool and common areas, you can enjoy your stay at the complex.  However, for those that are adventurous, being on the main road means easy access to other beach communities such as Avellanas, Playa Negra and more!

This condominium is a charming 1 bedroom property on the ground floor, with easy access to the pool.  If you have extra guest, there is extra space for them to stay on the pull out couch, if you choose.
