The bedroom with the queen bed also comes with an additional large screen TV. Each room is equipped with modern amenities and designed for a restful night's sleep.  For extra large groups, 2 more guests can sleep on a extra thick Queen air mattress - please request upon booking.

Other things to note
Please note that the house is in a new development with ongoing construction. Indoors with all windows and doors closed, the work is muted; however, it will be noticeable outside during working hours.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

Please also note, a new water filtration system to combat the hard water in Costa Rica!
