Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in a quiet area of town, just a 15-20 mins walk away from the lively area of Tamarindo. Surround yourself with nature and howler monkeys and other wildlife while you take a dip in the refreshing pool or have coffee on your 3rd floor oversized patio that allows for indoor/outdoor living. Or stay inside in the AC with ample area to hangout, watch TV, or cook a gourmet meal with the group. Perfect place to call your home base!

The space
This spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom modern condominium with open concept living space is the perfect accommodation for families or a small group of friends hoping for a quiet, relaxing time. This new construction condominium is the newest addition to the already well established Gaviotas Condominium complex.  

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, while the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a full size bed.   For additional guests, we do have a sofa bed that can be set up if requested in advance.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the condominium. In the common areas, take full advantage of cooling off in the refreshing swimming pool and its cool water jacuzzi. Also don't forget to explore the roof top - bring some beach blankets and have a picnic with 360 views of the area or star gaze and just let time pass by.

The space also has a balcony perfect for guests to relax and dine, and remote workers to plug in. Being surrounded by nature with its inhabitants, including howler monkeys and iguanas, and being within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, make this property a popular choice for those that want to explore what Tamarindo has to offer, while being able to wind down and relax in the tranquility of this neighbourhood.

Guest access
The condominium is in a quiet area of Tamarindo away from the hustle and bustle of it all. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the centre of town and the beach.  Guests can also enjoy the weekly night market that is less than a 5 minute walk from the complex!  For comfort and ease, guests can also rent golf carts and cars, subject to availability by the providers.

Parking can be found on the side of the street - it is not guarded or protected. So we encourage guests to use caution when bringing your own transportation.

Other things to note
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
