The space
Bienvenidos to your home away from home. This new construction, 3 bedroom home is only 1 mile away from the infamous Tamarindo Beach.

The home consists of a large living/dining room space that is filled with natural light that comes through the floor to ceiling windows and sliders. Enjoy gourmet meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Have dinner parties around the oversized kitchen island. Spill over to the living space and enjoy quality time with your group on a comfortable sectional sofa, facing a large screen TV. With sliding doors opening up to the patio, groups can overflow to this area, which encompasses a dining table made from the Guanacaste Tree out back.

Inside, the main house, there are 3 bedrooms. The master ensuite with a king-sized bed and walk-in closet is at the end of the hall. Lie in bed and go to sleep, watching Netflix on the smart TV or wake up to the view of the beautiful garden and the Guanacaste tree. The second bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed and a closet, while the third bedroom has space for 3 guests, with a full and twin bed configuration.

The outdoor space in the back is fully enclosed. The refreshing pool surrounded by a teak deck is the perfect place to spend time in the mid-afternoon - a small escape from that hot Costa Rican sun! The garden creates a lush environment with tropical flora for all to enjoy!

Other things to note
Please note that the house is in a new development with ongoing construction. Indoors with all windows and doors closed, the work is muted; however, it will be noticeable outside during working hours.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

Please also note, a new water filtration system to combat the hard water in Costa Rica!
